••• Participants are able to inform about Capacity WORKS and can adapt to interventions which already work with Capacity WORKS;
••• Participants have understood Capacity WORKS as a model;
••• Participants have applied the model and the
success factors (incl. key questions) on case studies from their own
experience and are able to use the logic of Capacity WORKS in a
flexible way in reviews, evaluations, consultancies and in project
management;
••• Participants have an overview about certain parts of the model (consultancy principles, tool box).

••• Teilnehmer sind auskunfts- und ankopplungsfähig für Vorhaben, die bereits mit Capacity WORKS arbeiten;
••• Teilnehmer haben Capacity WORKS als Modell verstanden;
••• Teilnehmer haben mit dem Modell und den Erfolgsfaktoren (inkl. Leitfragen) anhand von Beispielvorhaben aus der Praxis gearbeitet und können die Logik von Capacity WORKS flexibel in PFKs, Prüfungen, Beratungen (mit und ohne Capacity WORKS) und im Projektmanagement anwenden;
••• Teilnehmer haben einen Überblick über bestimmte weitere Teile des Modells (Beratungsgrundsätze, Toolbox).
