Description	•••	As project manager for the sectors “Health”, "Natural Resources and Rural Development” as well as “Economic Development and Employment”, I am providing operational support to many of our long-term projects and monitor their technical and financial implementation. Besides this, my tasks include the acquisition of new projects within and beyond these sectors, the steering of short-term missions and the coordination of tender processes. 		Description	•••	As a shareholder of AGEG Consultants eG, I am employed on a fifty percent basis at the AGEG's headoffice. My main responsibilities include project management, backstopping of complex short term and long term projects, tendering in cooperation with partner firms, preparation of technical and financial proposals, and contract negotiations. Furthermore, I constantly work on the establishment and maintenance of close contacts and regular communication with AGEG’s governmental and non-governmental partner organisations and clients around the world. Besides my employment at the AGEG Headoffice, I work as a consultant in the sectors of education, food security, and social and rural development. In this context, I carry out regular project evaluation and project planning missions abroad with a special focus on African countries.

Description	•••	As Project Manager, I am providing support for the areas of M&E and Sustainable Tourism within the AGEG headquarter. In this function, I am in charge of the coordination, steering and backstopping of EU Country Level Evaluations and other complex evaluations. Further tasks include the preparation of tenders, acquisition and development of projects in the above fields of work and the active management of projects for a variety of clients. Apart from that, I am responsible for the planning and implementation of some of AGEG`s training programmes (www.traineval.org).

	Description	•••	An economist by education, at AGEG's headoffice I am responsible for the acquisition and management of projects in the Training and Education sector. AGEG not only implements capacity building measures tendered by donor organisation, but also develops and implements seminars and training programmes for experts in development cooperation such as FEEZ (www.feez.org) and Capacity WORKS. Other areas of my responsibility are Corporate Identity and Corporate Communication as well as services within the network of AGEG Consultants.

	Description	•••	My main task as Junior Project Manager at AGEG Consultants eG consists in the provision of comprehensive support to the acquisition and management of development projects, particularly in the sectors health, rural development and natural resources, and economic development and employment. My daily work includes database research, communication with experts, clients and partner organizations, as well as editing and proofreading of project reports and tender documents. Besides, I act as a contact person between the AGEG head office team and external service providers for database computing and server administration.
