Background : 

FEEZ (www.feez.org) was developed by AGEG and CEval (Center for Evaluation of the University of Saarbrücken) to respond to an increasing demand of evaluation expertise by offering a basic training course in evaluation methods, both in theory and practice. In 7 modules participants are introduced to the context and organisation of evaluations as well as to qualitative and quantitative methods and reporting techniques. FEEZ has been offered since 2002 as open and inhouse course approximately twice a year.
